Me Amore Events offers various services including:
'Complete Coordination' - We plan an entire wedding/event to the last detail and use our Recommended Suppliers Directory
'On the Day Coordinator' - We take over the planning process a week before the event but do not take part in the planning process and coordinate the day itself using our Recommended Suppliers Directory as a contingency where needed
'Find Me A Supplier' - Involves exactly that - some clients don't have time to trawl the internet for various suppliers and prices so we contact our existing suppliers to find the best match for our clients' needs
'Budget Plan' - We assist our client to draw up an event budget based on their needs and priorities

Complete Consultation
We strongly believe every event is different - and therefore every customer is different too! Our Complete Consultation service will begin with an initial meeting with you to discuss your budget, visions for your event, type of event and any themes you have in mind. Me Amore Events will then work tirelessly to produce an event fitting all of your requirements, keeping you the loop the entire time. This is a particularly popular option for people with busy lifestyles who would not necessarily have much spare time to dedicate to planning their event, it is also a popular choice for those who struggle to keep to a budget. Our consultants do all the hard work while you enjoy a stress-free event.
Find Me A Supplier
We have dedicated a lot of time and research to this unique service, please contact us with your requirements and budget expectations and we will find you the best supplier to fulfill your needs - another perk to this service is our suppliers offer our customers exclusive discounts when booking through Me Amore Events. Not only will you save time trawling through website after website, advert after advert but you could also save money! This service can be used in conjunction with our other services or just as a one off enquiry the choice is entirely yours.
Wedding Service
Me Amore Events specializes in weddings of all shapes and sizes, whether it be an intimate registry office affair with 10 guests or an elaborate marquee celebration for 500+ guests we can ensure you have a stress-free special day whilst trying to save you money. We are happy to coordinate weddings of all kinds and have an understanding of religious ceremonies such as Catholic, Church of England, Hindu, Jewish and Sikh. Me Amore Events is also proud to coordinate Handfastings, Humanist weddings and much more. Although it is not our specialty we are able to offer advice and guidance on increasingly popular Overseas Weddings.
On-The-Day Coordinator
When planning their wedding, some couples are happy to arrange it themselves and enjoy the process of bringing their dream event together. However, they often experience unavoidable stress on the day itself. Me Amore Events can help avoid this by offering an On-The-Day Consultancy service, whereby one of our experienced consultants will be present at our clients' wedding with a plan of their special day drawn up by our client. Our consultant will ensure everything and everyone is in place in exactly the right moment so the event can run seamlessly. Prior to their big day our client's assigned consultant will arrange a meet and greet to discuss their finalized plans and to discuss suppliers and timings. Our consultants are always discreet, blending into the background but quick to resolve and foresee any unexpected problems which may arise. During their meet and greet session our consultants will often suggest a refundable contingency plan to cover any unexpected costs. For example on the morning of the wedding the DJ contacts our consultant and informs them they can no longer attend, using our extensive portfolio and our clients contingency plan a replacement would be provided without causing any stress or upset to our client and their guests. Luckily these occurrences are rare and the remaining or unused contingency plan would be refunded to the client the day after their event.
Corporate Functions
Me Amore Events is now able to offer coordination of business and corporate events whether it be a 2 hour Sales Event or a week-long Training Seminar we can help make it a successful and profitable event for your company.
Private Functions
Our consultants specialize in making our clients' dreams and visions of their event a reality, from small family gatherings to elaborate jaw dropping events our advice and portfolio will ensure our client the most memorable event. We understand how intimidating it can be when it comes to spending hard-earned cash so will always strive to attain the best possible event within any budget - ultimately we want to provide you with the best whilst trying to save you money. Budget Plans
While we would encourage our clients to work with our consultants to achieve their desired event some choose to embark on the planning process alone - however, one of their biggest downfalls is budget. Without expert advice and knowledge on-hand it is easy to lose track of your budget plan (if you have a budget plan in place!) At Me Amore Events we appreciate that while our client may wish to plan alone they may need guidance on their budget so we offer a service where after an initial consultation meeting one of our experienced consultants will put together a budget plan personalized to each individual client based around the amount of money they wish to invest in their event and prioritizing their expectations and importance of various aspects of the event - for example a beautiful venue may take priority over catering so the venue will be allocated a larger portion of the overall budget. This can be invaluable to saving our clients money and to keep them within their budget.
